Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mind Your Step, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear and socks
- Items marked as final sale
