At Mind Your Step, we want you to feel confident in every step you take with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original conditio
Be in the original packaging
Include proof of purchase

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
We cannot accept returns on:
Worn or used items
Items damaged after delivery
Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is faulty
The wrong item was sent
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
